I live in australia, but would like to buy in charleston wv. I would like to buy a renovators and have my
friend in wv renovate for resale. is there a market for this sort of property development. which would be the best area of charleston or surrounding areas to buy in that would make this a viable option. i have a great credit rating, own property in aust and have high income, how do i go about buying in the U.S?
