Hi SB1

you might want to start with credit repair and get your credit score improved so that you can qualify for a good low interest rate loan. See you might be able to get a home loan with a credit score in the 600's However, if you do it right, then you can improve your credit score in the 700's and then get a much better interest rate on your loan. The credit repair process takes 4-6 months. I can work with you to repair your credit and provide some tips and strategies for keeping your credit in good standing. Can you imagine the possibilities and how much easier life would be with good credit? good luck!

Hello there. If you'd like, I can run your application for approval and see where you stand. Credit score doesn't dictate everything but unfortunately, lenders right now have implemented minimum credit requirements on FHA loans but those are not mandatory from FHA. You need to find a lender that does not have a minimum score requirement. It just so happens that I can take your application and run your loan for approval with NO minimum score requirement. Your 579 mid score will be fine for submission. I can't guarantee an approval but if you would like to have someone educated in what to look for and how underwriters make their decisions, please feel free to contact me.

Continue to work on repairing your credit as your scores are too low to qualify you at this time. 620 is pretty much the minimum required in this market.
