In Florida there is virtually no difference between taxes paid by foreign buyers and US buyers that elect to not qualify for the "Homestead Exemption." This exemption is one that individuals that declare Florida as their full time residence.

Our recommendation is to do some research on Florida's "Homestead Exemption," This should provide you with the information you require.
