I live in Arizona and am married. My wife and I are seperated. Can I still purchase a home without her on?

Hi Tonni!

Since Arizona is a community property state, you should be able to purchase a home as your sole and separate property AS LONG AS your wife is willing to sign a Disclaimer Deed. But since I am not an attorney, I have to recommend that you consult with an Arizona lawyer for confirmation and details.
