Whatever you see today may not stay the same way in the future.
There are proposals up in the air about construction properties on top of low rise existing buildings (air rights in play)...

Hope this helps,

Ah true, thank you. I didn't think about new construction. Personally, I wouldn't want to live in a condo, but I do love windows. I'd rather have a home with a glass room addition than a condo with a glass wall, even if the view isn't quite as good. | http://www.sauerandsons.net

Glass is going to be an incredible addition to the South of 5th neighborhood. Each unit owner will have 360 degree views. You definitely will be able to see the water.

On the 9th floor you are nearly 100 feet high. Are there currently any buildings equal to or higher than 100 feet anywhere on the waterfront (beach)? If they exist, that means the existing building codes MAY allow a building to be constructed that, when completed; will provide you the view of a building. If you want the assurance of a big water view,,,,,,you need to BUY on the big water. ..... Best of success, Annette Lawrence, Broker/Associate, Remax Realtec Group, Palm Harbor, FL 727.420.4041

The floor location is not always the best indicator of a positive view. View can be obstructed at any floor, you will have to visit a particular unit to see for yourself.
