Most sellers and builders are really looking for any offer. You can make your offer and see if they counter offer. You can't do this alone or the builder can tell you anything. You will want to use a real estate agent. You pay nothing to be represented by an agent and you could get the best price that way. Let me know if that helps!

Everything is negotiable today so what you offer depends on how much you want to pay and if you need some assistance from the seller for closing costs, etc. I would suggest you contact a realtor to see what the housing prices are in the area and work with them to come up with a price.
