I like Sarasota's cultural scene and climate but are there home/condo communities for people in the 30 and 40's?

Hey folks. The way I read this the buyer is in their 30's to 40's NOT looking for a home in the $30-40K price range. If they are looking for a downtown property in Sarasota in the $30-40K price range they will not find anything.

John Woodward is correct. It is difficult to answer your question and stay within the Fedral discrimination guidelines of law. Sarasota's cultural climate and weather attract all ages and I am very confident that you will find a community that fits your needs.

Federal discrimination laws include age. It's tough for any agent to answer your question.

There are a variety of options in Sarasota. The location would depend on your price range. If you could send me your search criteria I can send you some listings and information. Or you can search for properties on my web site at: http://www.tammyhayes.remax-florida.com/

If you find something in that range it is going to be older and in not the greatest location. May need some work also if you want a place move in no hassels good location you need about 90 to 120k. Hope I am not killing your budget just want to be realistic. Really nice your gonna be in the 150 to 200k range. Sarasota is the most expensive area on the west coast. you could save a bit by going north or south about 40 minutes if that works for you.

Sarasota's got super cool area in and around downtown that are perfect for both married and single young professionals. I live in neighborhood called Arlington Park which is walking distance to downtown and a small area of shops and restaurants called Southside Village. There are about 4-5 condos in or near downtown that stand out as ones I would recommend as affordable, well located, and have a social component. Please feel free to message me if I you'd like the juicy details :)

I can't answer you question, I live in Tampa, do not know much about Sarasota.

If you're single you would definitely want to be downtown where there is a very active young social and professional scene. If you are married you would be surprised to find that you would fit right in many of our communities. Let me know what you're looking for and I will send you some appropriate properties
