HI BRUCE,

SINCE YOU ARE NOT MARRIED YOU CAN SPLIT THE CREDIT AS LONG AS BOTH OF YOU ARE PURCHASING THE PROPERTY TOGETHER. IF ONLY ONE OF YOU ARE GOING TO BE ON THE LOAN THEN THE PURCHASER WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE THE WHOLE CREDIT. IF YOU NEED ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
