Must get more information to accurately answer this for you... Bankruptcy, Judgement, Slow pays? Too many factors, too many different loan programs to steer you in the right direction. I am a Mortgage Consultant here in Oregon feel free to drop me a line with more info as it hard to air everything here I imagine :)

I would say you might be do-able. Income is very important. Down payment while generally needed is not always needed as we have some programs available that could work for you.

Credit scores are important. If your just coming out of a BK I would say your a little too soon. But the idea is to try and to get your numbers run by a good lender. You may wish to do some credit recovery and there are ways to do that.

Give me a call to discuss if you like.

I am at 503-799-8383. I have some of the best lenders in the game working with me.

Finding you a great value is no issue either.

Hope things work out!
