I would say you might be do-able. Income is very important. Down payment while generally needed is not always needed as we have some programs available that could work for you.

Credit scores are important. If your just coming out of a BK I would say your a little too soon. But the idea is to try and to get your numbers run by a good lender. You may wish to do some credit recovery and there are ways to do that.
