I just bought a house in Texas and the seller did not move out of the house after funding. I was outside the new house I bought with my furniture but the seller was still inside the house with all his furniture. What do I do? Do I charge him some money or I just let him stay till he moves out? How many days or hours is he suppose to stay after the funding goes through.

The only person that should be advising you is your agent. READ YOUR CONTRACT.
The contract will state the possession date.

If you do not have an agent, then see an attorney.

Good luck.

Were you supposed to get the keys upon funding? Did you get them? Call your agent and their agent asap!! This has been happening often especially when the homes are sold as a short sale and the owners don't have any money to go anywhere.

Start the communincation with them and their agents ASAP! Let us know what happened please.

WOW contact your buyers agent review executed sales offer, if you can take possession upon closing or if there was a lease back.

What does seller say? Why they are there?

Call the Police with your executed contract, HOWEVER BUYERS AGENT needs review these terms with you.
