laguna woods village is a great place for dogs, we even have dog clubs and runs...check out their web site...no licences for now but there is discussion to limit animals to two - for now no problem..
hoa depends on the unit to find there are 3 different entities which have/had gov loans (there are condos and coops - so some have re taxes included) expenses are club fees, green fees if you ise it...the web site will tell you...i haven't seen satellite dishes there is cable at a cheaper rate than outside the community ...just remember you have to qualify financially - they are sticklers for this -
