Hi First Timer,
It all depends on your loan secaniro, of your credit score, debt to income ratio etc. It seems as if someone has already quoted you with a point so my best suggestion to you is to get a second quote to see if the 2nd one also has one but then you at least have two Good Faith Estimates to compare. Good Luck
