Your best bet for any questions about real estate is to ask your realtor. Marina, you have posted many good questions her on Trulia. You would save a lot of time and effort on both sides of the coin if you would hire and trust an experienced realtor. This is the best advice that I can give to you.

it would be easier to find out the tax info for a home if you could supply an address....however you may be able to get the tax info on a property by going to the townships website for this particular property.
