I have signed a contract and am in the process of getting permits to build now I have to restructure my loan
and rewrite a contract because I was on a program for first time home buyers and have to come up with twice as much before closing is this statement accurate or am I missing something

FIRST ANSWER
Michael, call my friend Gary Laughinhouse at Great Plains Mortgage, 9187427696 office phone or his cell at 9188099128. There is a program for what you are doing that he can help you with and I do not think that you should have to double what you are paying. Always make sure to use a local lender, never use a lender that in on the internet to purchase or build a new home. If I can help in any way please give me a call too.
