I have medical bills in that keep me from getting pre approved. How much does a credit score impact a mortgage loan?

Hello Tina,

I work with lenders who accept credit scores down to 500. They also ignore medical collections. I would be more than happy to take a look at your situation and see if I can get you pre-approved for a mortgage. Feel free to contact me with any additional questions, or to get started with a free professional assessment

Thank you,

It has an impact, but often times mortgage lenders can often counsel you on ways to improve your credit score.
