I have look at a house list on MLS in Melbourne, FL and now the mls number has a K at the end of it, what

Try using http://www.BrevardAccess.com where they don't list K homes to confuse customers.

The "K" a the end of the MLS# represents that the listing is currently Contingent or under contract. Is it a short sale? If you provide the MLS# I would be glad to check into it for you. Have a great weekend!
