Sure that should be easy.....the actual closing takes about 2hrs......from the time you have an accepted offer it takes about a month sometimes less...

It depends on factors such as your credit, how close the home is to being fully built, the Title Company and its ability to fit it in, etc...and can you get your home inspection done in time (this is very important although some builders will try to talk you out of it!)

Movo,

yes you can. I would suggest having your Realtor drive the entire process. A GREAT Realtor can know that you're goal is to close quick and can professionally line you up to the fastest, safest closing possible. The quickest close for me was 6 business days and that was a TX VET on a pre-owned home, so yes it can be done w/ the right force behind you!

God Bless,
Josh

As long as the house will be ready, if it is not already finished. My husband is a builder in Cinco Ranch in Katy. Jeff is right, the builders will pull out all the stops to get the houses closed before the end of the year and get them off of their books.

Enjoy your new home and if you need any help with the process, let me know.

Closing would take 2 - 3 weeks.
Most loan guidelines want you to take possesion(move in) within 60 days..... So it seems that it would be fine for you to close on it now and move in later.
Let me know if I can answer more specific questions.
