USDA requires a 640 or higher credit score. You can sign up with my lender who can place you in a credit restore program that would get that number up for you, within, say, 6 mos to a year. Go through the process, and you will reap the rewards.

Unfortunately your credit score has to be 620 for just about any home loan. I would contact your bank or a lender and see if they can advise you on what you need to do to get that score up to 620. It may not require much to get it there. Please call me at 864-444-2512 if I can help in any way.
