Hello Katie,

This home was sold at a Trustee Sale on 5/22/12 for $168,175

The current owner of record (according to Tax rolls) is Bank Of New York.

The property is not showing as a current listing on the MLS.

Once a home is sold at a trustee sale it can take a while for the new owner ( in this case a bank) to get it prepared for sale and assigned to their assesset management company who in turn will assign it to a broker/agent to list for sale.

If you would like to buy a home in Compton, and need agent representation ,I would be happy to assist you.

Properties come up often, so do not get too hung up on any one property, especially if you want it as an investment.

Best of Success to YOU!

The last time this was listed in our local MLS was 2009. It was listed for $129k. It may have been listed in another out-of-area MLS or some other website.

Hi Katie, What Site di you view it on? That may be the answer. The MLS sites [Multiple Listing Service]are the ones that the realtors use and are the most accurate and up to date.
I hope this helps. Tim Delaney, Broker 310-729-2080, Lic #0389160
