I have cash to buy a Mobile home in an adult park. Problem is , I have bad credit. Could I still be approved for residency?

Do I understand you will be paying cash? You would still have to be approved by the park. I suggest to talk to the the Home Owner's Association at the park and find out their criteria for approval.

Depending on how much you put down and can show on the books as far as a tax return. I definitely say go for that's a good investment. If worse comes to worse have you thought about getting a co-signer???? Try a co-signer. You're on your way to financial security once you buy that mobile home pay the mortgage for two years and refinance and buy another...I wish you the Best!!!Jeannette Batsikas
