Hi Arturo we just listed our home in the 79938 area. We are working with a great real estate agent, it is a great area but we are wanting to live out in the country as that is where my husband and I grew up. The schools in this area are great but we just want more land. Hope this helps you.

Mr Ortiz,

Everybody is looking for that bargain, and that's why it can be so frustrating. In order to capitalize on those deals you have to get there early. You don't mention if you are working with an agent, but if you are then you need to instruct them to notify you immediately when a new property comes on the market that meets your criteria. This is easy to do with the saved search feature of our MLS. The system can automatically notify you everytime a new opportunity comes on the market. You must be able and willing to go view these properties right away and be prepared to act when you see the right one.
Best of luck with your search

Mr. Ortiz,
In order to present an offer on a property listed at the MLS, best thing to do is either to contact the listing agent and work with him or, hire your own REALTOR® and make him do the (not easy) work of submitting, negotiating and follow up of your contract. You can find several hundreds of real estate professionals in this city and all willing to provide you with the best service.

Good Luck!

FIRST ANSWER

Mr Ortiz,

My advice is always to work with an agent - a real estate professional - to assist you in a purchase or lease.

An agent will save you time, effort and frustration by making sure you are not chasing any dead leads. They will find a number of homes close to your needs and price range in minimal time.

Please talk with family or friends to get some good reocmmendations.

Best wishes,
