Because Trulia is a site dependent on input from multiple sources it is not comprehensive. Not a lot to choose from on Signal in the price range but there are some "jewels in the rough".

Good Ole Signal Mountain. I used to work at a place called Ragland Kennels when I was in high school, out on Parsons Lane in Signal Mountain. Beautiful country out there.

Anyway....

If you are approved for an FHA loan, you should not need to be looking for a kease to won. You should have already have a Realtor as well to assist you.

I would check with a couple of more Mortgage Brokers. They can give you a more thorough breakdown and refer you to a Realtor to help with your home buying needs.
