I have been getting my credit straightened out for the last 4 months. My Fico Score is 607. I would like to know do I qualify to get a FHA loan.

Tiffany, continue working on your credit score until your FICO score is a minimum of 640 because believe me with anything less than that expect the worst possible terms available. Buyer beware.

I can help you get pre qualified with a minimum credit score of 600, interest rate as of today is 3.875% (fixed) you wont have to pay any points to get this rate. There's also programs available to help you pay for your closing cost.

Absolutely. I know lenders that have 580 as a cutoff score. There are many programs out there.
