I have a two year contact on a condo in the woodlawn area all money i pay for rent will go towards the down
payment of the condo the asking price was 230,000 however the couple that is selling the unit is now willing to sell for 200,000 i have been in the condo about a year i have another 14 months on my contract rent with the option to buy my question is can i refiance this condo without being on the title if the owners agree they are an elderly couple that brought the condo cash three years ago the unit is three years olds the purchase prive was 209,000
