Go to this website and fill out a questionnaire. http://www.PhillyBillySells.com. these people will not only start you out in a property but they are affiliated with a credit restoration company called BuildPerfectCredit.com . So first they see where you need help, then they see how much you are working with, then they find you a property. Depending on how much effort you put into fixing your credit and working with them, will determine how quickly you move up the ladder to a point where you will either be able to get a mortgage to purchase the house you are in at the time or another house that you may want. Also if you work with they company and still can't get a loan, they will "Seller Fiance" the property to you. THIS CUTS OUT THE BANKS!!! But it is up to you to put in the work!!

P.S. they have like 6 ways to get work with you on the down payment. They are a company specifically created for a man in your situation.

What is your time-frame and what sourced determined your score to be a 577? I have found that in many situations consumers have jaded information in regard to their exact FICO scores. In addition, there are some lenders in this current that will lend to some borrowers with scores that mirror yours. I would encourage we verbally talk through this to determine what is best for you in this scenario. If you would like to explore the options that may be currently available to you please do not hesitate to contact me. Best of luck!!

Hello,

You might be able to get a FHA Loan to purchase a home as FHA will go down to 500 FICO. We are one of the few banks that will do FHA loans below 580 FICO scores. The guidelines are a bit tougher as you will need to come up with 10% of your own money to put down. It might be better to try to get your score above 580 which I can help with, we have a Get Mortgage Ready Program.

Feel free to call my office and speak to anybody on my team at 610-906-3109.

Sure, you can find a financial planner to help you save up the full purchase price of your home.
