I have a score of a 625 and I am looking to buy my first home. How much more do I need to raise my score in order to do no money down?

Most lenders will want to see a score of 640 or higher. With a 640 you may be eligible for a rural development loan with 100% financing. You can contact me at 850-255-1833.

Even if you had a 999 Credit Score the traditional Lending Institutions want you to put down money so that you have something to risk, they call it; "Equity In The Game".
To avoid having to pay Loan Insurance you should put down 20% or more...
