I can certainly help you. I am a mortgage broker so I will be working for you compared to someone at one of the big banks who does not.

We have the ITIN program to purchase, rate and terms and cash out refinancing. contact us if you need help or have questions. some of the requirements are: photo ID (Matricula Consular may be), you need 30% down payment or 70% LTV (if refinancing) and the interest is 8.5 (30 years).

Jain, I am curios to know how much Wells Fargo pays you for the recommendations? Apparently you haven't read any of the complaints on this board and 1000's of others who have been swindled by Hells Fargo at the Better Business Bureau and Consumerist websites.

A lender like myself would need to know more information about your finances in order to determine whether or not your are approved. If this is your only obstacle, you should be fine. I recommend speaking to a California lender like myself. I have done plenty of loans throughout the state and I would be more than willing to help you get the loan that you need! Well I hope this helps! If you have any other questions or if you would like a loan, feel free to contact me. Good Luck! Whatever you do, DON'T believe Wells Fargo (Hells Fargo). After being strung along for almost 6 months by those scoundrels, we were finally able to close on our refinance with NEW AMERICAN FUNDING in less than 45 days. Here's the contact information of our loan processor. He did an AMAZING job for us and is highly recommended:

BBVA works with ITIN but requires 65% LTV. I could be wrong, however if the servicing of your loan has been sold (most likely). I would go back to your original LO and inquire about options. My bank Primelending does not currently fund off ITIN alone.

Hi Hexago,

There are not many lenders that will loan funds with an ITIN number, the first step will be to check in with your current lender if they will not do it then your best resource will be to check in with a Credit Union which can have a portfolio available.. although the rate that you have at 6% is good compared to some quotes that I have seen for ITIN numbers.

Buena Suerte!
