I have a loan for 120k but, I had to use my down payment. Are there any way to bypass a down payment all?

FIRST ANSWER
Your loan would have been based on your ability to make a specified down payment. if you no longer have a down payment you would have to do some other type of financing. i suggest you contact a local agent to find out if you can get some type of down payment assistance or USDA financing if available in your area.
