I have a house under contract in Ocean Highlands Centex homes devlopement in Netarts. The house will have a
180 ocean view and will be 2500 sq ft 4 bedroom, 3 bath. I got the house under contract in May 06 for 409,000. it is just now being built and i wonder if given the market if I'm paying too much for the property,
