I have a house I would like to purchase and pay in full I was just wondering what the protocol for doing this is?

I really don't want to use a lawyer and the owner has already paid the taxes for the year. I would like to know what I need to do?

Hi Pretty Ladybug,

I would recommend working with an agent who can assist you: http://www.trulia.com/voices/directory/Kansas_City_MO---20087

Well congratulations that very very few people will pay Cash for a house.
I would ALWAYS do the following... will be money out of pocket BUT remember you are buying an expensive commodity not an item from walmart.
So better to spend a little extra.

Do home inspection.
Hoping the House value is good at the market price
Hire a TITLE company to clear all liens and for you to get a clear title.
