How much financing can I get for a multifamily property where I can live in one unit and rent out the other units. 3-4plexes preferably around FAU or Boca Town Center to Spanish River... I have almost no debt and it would be first time buyer. Can I get FHA? Thanks for all inputs.

FHA financing would be a great option for up to a 4 unit property.

Hi,
There are properties that will match your plans. This is your ideal time to team up with your loan professional. Getting pre-approved will be to your advantage when you make your offer to purchase your multifamily property. And in the process of becoming pre approved you will know your comfortable price range . I am happy to suggest several excellent mortgage professionals I know and properties you might like to consider.

Call a mortgage broker whom realtors rely on, Preston Ware, at 561-329-0075 or go to http://www.PrestonWare.com. He will be able to give you the answers you need.

1-4 units will finance the same way as a single family home, so you may be able to get an FHA.
