My middle credit is 612, and this was on the 2nd of this month. My income monthy income is $1600 from my job, but i also do side jobs like floors, lawn and home repairs.

I know that there is no way that my wife can been on the loan, so what can i do??

I have found that programs like e-loan and ditech are very good at finding little known loans for most applicants. Maybe that is a place to start. Yes, based on your wife's score you will have to apply as an individual, not a join application, since the use the lowest scores. Also they will be looking for any late payments in the last 2 years. So if you plan to buy in the near future...start by making sure there are no late payments.

Is 615 your middle credit score? Right now in this market to obtain a FHA mortgage in most cases you need a 620 middle credit score or higher to qualify. When did you have your credit last pulled? You can only use income of borrowers who are on the loan, so if your wife's credit does not qualify she can not be on the mortgage loan in any way; but she can be on title and share equal ownership of the property.
