I have a credit score of 563. I have had previous issues with charge cards and medical debt collections,

which are several years old now and close to the 7 year mark. Anyway, my credit number has suffered. Now with good financial discipline, is there a mortgage I could qualify for? My debt to income ratio is good, I have a property paid off worth $40,000, and I only have monthly bills of utilitiies. No charge card, no stupid i want debts, just bare essentials...Would I qualify for some home loan?

Scovey,

There is a mortgage broker in Bryan Ohio that has the ability to shop around for a loan that best fits
your needs. If your credit score is 563 you may have to get into a loan with a somewhat higher interest
rate for a year. I am not a loan officer but am recommending you contact Coley Rau, with Amera Mortgage
1-877-636-7273.

I am a Realtor for Bryan, Defiance and other nearby communities. Coley has helped place some of my
customers in loan programs specific for their particular needs that couldn't be met by local bankers.
If you receive the go ahead to house shop, I welcome the opportunity to work with you and provide pictured info on house choices matching your preferences.

If you are a First Time Homebuyer, there is Free Government money available if you qualify. Visit my website to preview the details. Email or call me for all your real estate needs.
