Yes, I am definitely interested! Would like to speak with you. We, my girlfriend and I, do have a small dog, purebred Dachshund, 17lbs, so we need a place that will allow a small dog. He is an indoor dog and just loves to take walks on the beach. You can reach me at 239-465-7578. Can you send any photos and details about location and total "move-in" costs, also when it would be available. Thank you, looking forward to hearing from you. John Gonzales

Simply, check your Contract and see if the May Assign box is checked.

Hi Chris,
Read your contract. Does it allow you to assign? If so, then Good Luck. I am sure if as you say it is a good deal, you should have no problem.

Good Luck and all the Best.

Happy 2010.

Hi John, I would need specific info in order to present it to my buyers. Also, if you are using the current FAR-BAR contract there is a check box which, if checked, allows you to assign this contract. Let me know if I can be helpful.

Hello Chris, do you have an MLS# or address so I can look it up?

Cheers, John
