sites like this are not for sale by owners. There are other sites for fsbo if you like to list your condo there. However, you'll get most traction from higher visited sites like this one, realtor.com etc... and you'll have to be listed on MLS for any of those anyways. Other than that, you sign up for the class to get your real estate license, pay for the course, take the course, sing up for the license test, take the test, pass the test, interview a real estate company, join a real estate company, apply to MLS, pay the fee for MLS, join MLS, add your listing to the MLS, wait for Trula ia to down load it, hope their download contains correct information, login to Tru lia as a real estate professiional, claim your listing, wait for them to acknowledge your claim, claim it again as may be necessary, OR
Hire a real estate professional who is already in the business.
