The current list price (just reduced yesterday) on this property is $198,900. It's been on the market a cumulative total of 407 days with various real estate brokers. The original asking price 407 days ago was $389,000. It's now a short sale. Do you understand short sales? If not, I'd be happy to explain how it works.
