Since Trulia and other public sites require a turn around time for listings to be uploaded and posted, I would suggest working with an agent who can set up a customized search on the MLS which will show you listings in "real time."

Nice Home....
It is listed as Pending, was a short sale offered at 295K, If it goes through, In my opinion it looks like a good deal, However it is a rough location on the Golf Course
