I divorced from my x. she only put the title in her name not the loan. what can i do. I have debt collectors
calling me because of her. Can i take over only the home loan if she signs it over. will i be responsible for the2nd she got in her name.

Steve's got this one covered. Realtors are not licensed to give legal advice and an attorney is the source you really need for this question. I know our local Coldwell Banker offices has the names of qualified real estate attorneys. I would consider giving your local Coldwell Banker office manager a call to get some referrals.

Hi Yikes5, you should really be contacting an Attorney about your situation as the divorce decree will need to be reviewed to determine what should and should not have been done.
