I'd like to move in downtown Venice so driving will be minimal. Where should I go? i'd like a 3 bedroom condo

I'd like a small house within easy walking distance to downtown if the condo isn't in close proximity to downtown Venice. The 3 bedroom condo is preferred.

Hello Marti,

Your questions would be better answered if you were to answer some questions first. Without knowing your housing needs, your comfortable price range, what you are willing to pay in monthly fees and other costs, it is difficult to determine what a good fit would be for you. Understanding your needs comes first, followed by discussing options with you. If this makes sense to you, please give me a call. Thank you.

Marti,

Three bedroom Venice Island condos are fairly scarce. Based on this information you might want to consider looking for a 3 bedroom home in the proximity of the downtown area.

We would be happy to assist you and provide you with some sample properties.

Best regards,

Hello Marti!
There are a lot of good options in downtown Venice, especially if you're looking for a condo. Even better, the prices range from less than $200k all the way up to $1.6m.

Here is a short list of the condo communities in downtown Venice that you may be interested in:

Beleza on Venice Beach - This is a high-rise, luxury condominium that sits right on the Gulf. Ten foot ceilings, granite counter tops, marble floors, etc...it's really a beautiful place.

Macarthur Beach and Racquet Club - I happen to think that these units are a great bargain right now. Direct Gulf views, a lot of space, and walking distance to the beach, pool, tennis courts and pretty close to downtown as well.

Parkdale West - This property is on Venice Island and I think is priced very well. Most parts have been renovated and it's just a short walk to downtown Venice.

These are just a few of the great condo opportunities that are available right now in downtown Venice/Venice Island. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions or need help finding your dream home!

Thanks and have a great day.

Hello Marti,
I have an ideal condo for you that is within a 3 block walk to Venice Beach or downtown Venice. It is a 3 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor. This is the only 3 bedroom condo for sale under $200,000. It is turnkey furnished in a lovely little community with a pool. Laundry facilities are available on each floor. It is an end unit so it provides lots of light. Kitchen has been updated. The community is over 55 and no pets are allowed. There is assigned parking for each unit. If this meets your criteria you can view the listing on my website at http://forsalebydianne.com.

Warm regards,

Hi, Marti,
What a great choice for a walking community. There are activities in the downtown area on a regular basis, which includes Farmer's Market, Arts & Craft Fairs Anywhere you live on the Island of Venice is walking distance as it really isn't that large. The island is a pretty self sufficient location. You first need to decide on how much you want to spend, prices are higher on the island and don't forget condo fees, if you purchase a condo. Maybe a single family home will fit you needs, you can hire someone to take care of your lawn and a pool if you choose. There are a couple Maintenance free communities with single family homes, too. If there is anything further I can do to help you, please let me know. http://kimslade.mfr.mlxchange.com
