FIRST ANSWER

Are you qualified thru a lender is your 1st step contact a mortgage broker. After approval a realtor should be happy to assist you with your specifications how you might consider other options if your anticipation is not within standards for the area. Many buyers wait for a dream when other properties come on the market significant equity turn down those opportunities.
