typically taxes are not posted on consumer information as is HOA fees. there is an issue with people, Realtors specifically, being sued over postng information that maybe is outdated or inaccurate for whatever reason, usually nor intentional. Because of this, most MLS systems dont allow this information to be posted on documents and sites for general public information.
As a realtor, I can locate whatever necessary information needed. Remember the taxes on a home are due to the price paid from the seller. When you purchase a home, taxes will change due to what you have paid. Taxes are prorated so you only pay for the amount of time you live in the property for the year you purchase.
