Lynette...I know of a few areas that have boat, trailer and RV storage/parking areas. I believe Crossridge off Staples Mill Rd. may be one of them in the Glen Allen area.

Try looking for listings with one plus acres of land. Be sure and check with the neighborhood association or city to see if there are any restrictions on what you can store on your lot. If buying a large parcel of land isn't feasible you'll have to look into off site storage.

Some of my clients store at a public storage area. You can find some that offer boat and RV parking. You may need to look for a home without a home owners association as well as a home with 3/4 acre or more. Shouldn't be to hard to find depending on where and what you are looking for in a home.
