I spoke with the listing agent last week and the property was sold at auction through Bid Select who is the same auction site that HUD uses. The listing agent was waiting on them to get him the final information prior to his being able to change the status in the listing services which would update to this site and many others via the feed. Hi Lizzy-Jodi is correct. It may be a contract that fell through or it may simply be that many of these websites take a little bit to catch up with Real-Time data. For instance, a sold property can remain on this site or the "other" site you know ... "Z"... for weeks.

Your best option is to speak with a local Realtor who is looking at the Real Data! Then they can tell you what is actually available the day you are ready to go look!
