Shadurdaniel,
Can you provide the link or the address to the property you are interested in.
This information is missing in your question.
We would all be happy to answer them for you.
You can send me the address or post another questions with the link to the property.
If you do post another question, make sure you ask for:
Taxes, HOA and Rental rates in the area.

Hope this helps,
Take care,

Hi Shadurdaniel,

I can help you with this question, Lockhart is right outside of Ocoee. Email me which property you are specifically talking about. LindaSellsOrlando@hotmail.com.

Great question! Establish a relationship with a local agent! He or she can answer those questions after they do there research! If your paying cash your agent needs proof of funds on a current statement. You can decide afterwards what to charge in rent after you cover all your expenses including any HOA fees. Hope this helps you out!

Shadurdaniel

you are asking several questions here:

lets see if I understand

the Property is in Lockhart and you would like to know the following

1. Taxes
2. HOA fees.

Ask your Realtor to get this info for you.

What the property rents for would be up to you.

and Cash buyers are not always taken seriously unless your offer is a written offer with proof of funds.

again Get with your Realtor to help you out

Good Luck
