I am very impressed by the big brick colonials in the area around Chaparral Estates/Ball Mill/Spalding Drive.

Does anyone have any comments about that area? What other areas might be of interest if that sort of atmosphere is my preference? Also, forgive the silly question, but am I reading my map wrong, or is the Dunwoody Country Club not really in Dunwoody?

That is a great area to live in. Other areas like that would be over in Sandy Springs, Riverside Drive area. Also you can see some of that style down on Windsor Parkway, Peachtree Dunwoody, Brookhaven area. One final area that would be of that sort would be the Chastain Park or Moores Mill Road area. So there is plenty out there to work with!

It very well could be that Dunwoody Country Club is not in Dunwoody actually. One can drive through parts of what they think is Dunwoody and cross into Fulton County/Sandy Springs several times. Have to be very clear in what county or city a house may be in.

If you would like for me to look up homes of this type for you in any of these areas I would be more than glad too.
