While you feel no control, there is something you can do:

You can have your Realtor give the Bank a NOTICE TO PERFORM,
it's probably about the same form for you as it us.

Calling someone does no good.
You probably want that Escrow to close in June; because of prepaid taxes.

Good luck and may God bless

I see this a lot with many of the REOs that I work with - as indicated below, it is best to get a short extension in place. If this is the only issue, it is usually just a small delay in seller processing.

I would ask your agent to followup with the title company and the listing agent on a daily basis until this is resolved. I would also ask the reason for the delay. Is it slow processing or are their problems with the title. There is not much you can do as the buyer. I would also suggest that you get a short contract extension as soon as possible.

Did you finally close on this home? Tell me how this worked out.

I hope this post comes to you after you no longer need an answer! My hope is that you have closed already. If not, documentation and everything in writing is key. As already posted, have your agent contact the title company and check the title work. I am hopeful that you did as others suggested and had an extension created by your agent.
Take care,
