I just checked. it looks like Trulia says there are 794 homes for sale in Lake O. This should be on PAR with the MLS system. Let me know if you are still having trouble finding listings. I'll send you a list direct from MLS.

Best way to find a house in Lake Oswego is to work with a Real Estate agent. Many of the search engine sites don't have all the listings. They feed their data from our Realtors Multiple Listing Service and only have certain search parameters. Some brokers don't allow third party sites like Trulia to have their listing information so you will miss many houses that are for sale. Again, the best source is a real estate agent.
