Modris Reinb…, Both Buyer and Seller in Naples, FL

I am trying to find a Large 1Br. condo. When I select that in Trulia more than 90% of the results are 2br. Why?

Hello Modris,

I agree with the other agents, on Trulia there is a Find An Agent, on the tool bar. Put in the city you are interested in and the top agents appear, I'd read their client recommendation letters, interview 2-3 and select the best. Happy Hunting !

Dear Modris

It is very difficult to find exactly what you want on a website which doesn't allow you to refine your search to your exact needs.

I would highly recommend to contact a real estate agent who will be able to access all homes available and narrow it down to what you want in your new home.

If you would like to get a list of homes meeting your wishlist, feel free to contact me.

Modris,
If you are SERIOUS about making a purchase, Truila and Zillow are not the places to be looking. These are ADVERTISING websites disguised as real estate providers. Your experience allows Truila to say, 2,311,146 users found real estate to purchase. This number will determine the fee Trulia can charge agents to advertise here.
-
If you are serious about making a purchase, contact a Naples FL REALTOR an gain access to the local Mulitple Listing Service where the real estate for sale is REAL!
-
A recent study revealed 37% of the real estate for sale on Trulia is bogus when compared to the MLS.
-
If a Naples REALTOR does not respond to your question shortly, I can refer you to a few.

Best of success,

When you want to buy a home, the best place to start is to hire an Exclusive Buyer Agent. EBAs only work with homebuyers and there is never a conflict of interest that will jeopardize your negotiating position. Visit http://www.naeba.org for a referral to an Exclusive Buyer's Agent in your area.

I've written a best selling book called Buying a Home: Don't Let Them Make a Monkey Out of You. It'll teach you how to buy a home without getting ripped off. Follow the link below.

Best of luck!

Happy New Year Modris!

When you select the number of beds from Trulia's drop down menu, you are actually selecting "1+ beds." Therefore, any property with more than 1 bedroom will be included in the results.

Call me or send me your e-mail address and I'll send you a current list of large 1 bed condos in and around Century Village.
