I'm sorry no one answered you before now. The Gainesville area isa sought after area. According to MRIS statistic's there
Status: ACTIVE (14) townhomes with an average rental price of $1742.
Status: APP REG (3) townhomes have applications registered this month Average Rental is $1650
Status: RENTED (40) townhomes have rented since October of last year in Gainesville on MLS.
Avgerage Rental price $1,619 Average Time it takes to rent a townhome has been 46 days.
( Springtime stats are typically better than winter.)
